Van hits gas meter causing house fire in Bel Air

Authorities have confirmed a van hit a gas meter, causing the house fire. The driver of the van has been identified but fled the scene. Harford County police are trying to locate the driver. The reason why the driver crashed into the home is unknown. The homeowner wasn't home at the time of the fire.
